After reading many positive reviews, I booked Steve for a complete refit of my very overgrown natural pond. I was very happy with the completed work. He saved many water lilies roots and plants for re-potting. I believe the price was very reasonable for amount of work involved. Would definitely recommend.
I am delighted by the work done today... Steve and crew widened and shaped my pond to make it a feature rather than a hole in the ground. Careful attention to detail and really knowledgeable about pond life! A brilliant company, very reasonably priced, reliable and nice guys! Thank you!
Having moved a few weeks ago and inherited a pond, a leak developed in the hose. Steve visited to assess the problem, replaced hose inlet and outlet, fitted new pump and the pond and waterfall effect are working beautifully. Very pleased with service, thanks
So glad I called Pond-It to sort my pond and good to meet someone who is both pleasant and knowledgeable. Steve easily coped with the fiddler pond maintenance of changing the uv bulb and cleaning the pump which I don’t find easy now. Very reasonable price and a font of fountain knowledge. I shall definitely be calling on Steve for future pond jobs. But he is very busy, which is a good sign I guess, and so best to arrange such visits several weeks ahead.

Steve and his Grandson built us a superb new concrete fish pond with a natural rockery and waterfall to replace an old one that got destroyed when a large tree toppled during Storm Dennis. They were presented with a bombsite and have designed and built a great new pond that my wife and I are really knocked out by. Aside from doing a great job for a reasonable price, Steve and his Grandson were really nice people to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they wanted to be sure that everything was 'just so' before the job was finished. They even brought a temporary tank to hold the fish that we had rescued from the old pond while the new one was under construction. I have no hesitation in recommending Pond It wholeheartedly and am very glad that we found them.
Steve did a great job of clearing out our pond, relining it and preserving and replacing water plants. What he doesn't know about ponds isn't worth knowing ! Highly recommended.
Steve and his colleague did a great job to clean my pond. They removed excess plants, all the water, power cleaned and then put the fish back in a matter of hours.
the cost is also reasonable. Steve was very friendly and have been trying to get his time for a month.

On the day due to flooding, Steve was unable to take them to the pre arranged location. However, he made a few calls and found them an alternative home locally, for which I'm eternally grateful.

We are absolutely delighted with our new pond. Steve & Terry worked quickly and efficiently in taking out the old plastic preformed liner along with all the muck and silt that had built up over the past 18 yrs!! They created exactly what we had hoped for a much more natural looking pond with a water feature that works. They cleaned up after themselves as well which was a great bonus! And lo & behold our little frog appeared within a few hours of them finishing. I would have no qualms about recommending Pond IT to family, neighbours & friends. Thanks guys!
Stephen and Terry were the most hard working and reliable workers I think that I have ever used. They were always on time and nothing was too much trouble. I have no hesitation in recommending them for any pond work and related landscaping.
